By using the LawX.ai platform, the user autonomously completes their registration and agrees to all the terms of this document.

Clause 2 – User Responsibility: The platform user is solely responsible for the use of the content automatically generated by LawX.ai. This responsibility arises because it is the user’s duty to fill in the requested fields without any review. Additionally, the user must review all information generated by the artificial intelligence to ensure proper use of the platform.

Clause 3 – LawX.ai’s Responsibility: LawX.ai is not responsible for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the use of the platform or the content generated by it. By using LawX.ai, the user releases the platform from legal, administrative, and financial responsibilities related to the quality and dissemination of the generated content. The user understands that the content generated by the artificial intelligence is not pre-reviewed by LawX.ai.

Clause 4 – Need for Review: It is the user’s obligation to conduct a thorough review of all content generated by LawX.ai’s artificial intelligence platform before using, publishing, or sharing it in any medium. LawX.ai will not be held liable for any errors, omissions in the content generated by the artificial intelligence, or for the impacts arising from such dissemination.

Clause 5 – No Legal Services Provision: LawX.ai does not offer legal services, and even functionalities related to the legal field are not intended to compete with or replace the role of a lawyer. The user understands that the use of the platform does not establish an attorney-client relationship, and all guidance or information generated must be reviewed by a professional as well as the user themselves.

Clause 6 – Intellectual Property: The content generated by the artificial intelligence provided by the LawX.ai platform is not the intellectual property of either the user or LawX.ai. By accepting these terms, the user agrees to critically review all content and apply their own ideas and constructions to establish their own copyrights. If the user publishes content generated by LawX.ai without human review, they will be fully responsible for any copyright violations resulting from this action.

Clause 7 – Understanding of Artificial Intelligence: By agreeing to these terms of use, the user clearly understands how an artificial intelligence system functions, the impossibility of verifying the truthfulness of the generated information in advance, and the possibility of being exposed to undesirable, inaccurate, or erroneous information. The user understands that the information may contain outdated data and agrees to always verify the quality of the generated information.

Clause 8 – Usage Guidelines: The user understands that to obtain the best results with LawX.ai, it is recommended to read the available tutorials and guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to: (1) providing complete and detailed responses in each field; (2) using the “coins” obtained to get different combinations of automated responses; (3) conducting a human review of all information disclosed by the system.

Clause 9 – Privacy: LawX does not share your data with third parties. However, the user understands that any sensitive information provided is their own responsibility, and the user should be attentive to confidential details.

Clause 10 – Ethics: LawX should not be used for illegal or unethical purposes, such as creating false documents or manipulating information. Users must ensure they are using our technology in an ethical and appropriate manner.
